I bought a reefmania skimmer about 2 months ago and have been very pleased with it's performance! The skimmer is approx. 30 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter. It is made out of acrylic and is extremely well built. The valve is a traditional gate valve that works flawlessly at regulating the skimmer! I had a custom transition and twist lock made for the skimmer as it increases overall efficiency. I don't know the exact increase but I have talked with others about it and they figure around 10%, not to mention the twist lock is so much easier to mess with compared to unions. I use a small ehiem pump for the skimmer and it puts roughly 150 gph through it. The skimmer is driven by an oceanrunner (crazy bubble producing) pump. It really creates an incredible wall of bubbles that you can't see through. I am very pleased with the quality of construction and design. I would definitely recommend this skimmer to others.

I got this sump from Reefmania. Great guys to do Buisness with . I'll try to describe it. Size 40x16x16 with 2 overflows. Water is fed to the skimmer from here and is returned to a seperate compartment in the sump so I skim only water that is coming from the tank. It has a built in 10 to 15 gal refugium, 3 returns and several baffles to minimize any bubbles returning to the tank.

I will second that as well. Reefmania does excellent work on sumps, skimmers, and Ca reactors. I've seen much of their work in person and will not hesitate to buy anything acrylic from him in the future.

After getting my new sump set up I just have to give Reefmania Kudos here - They do great work! They are very understanding and fair, and his sumps are top notch. They built a sump for me for my new 180 Gallon RR tank, and I am very VERY happy with it. They were fast and kept me informed the whole time with photos, emails and phone calls. It truly was a pleasure dealing with them and I will not hesitate to do so in the future!

I had heard that Reefmania built some great sumps from the Reef Central forums. I was impressed with the photos of some of his work on some custom sump designs that he had built. I contacted them, gave them the dimensions, and he was off and running. I just received the sump and it is simply awesome. The fit and finish on this sump is outstanding. He has one very satisfied customer for life
